What you will do
- Establish primary internal operational plans and support the preparation of management reports.
- Manage resource operations related to budgets, personnel, and project tasks while executing administrative duties.
- Coordinate hiring initiatives and support external cooperation and exchange programs.
- Organize seminars, internal capacity-building sessions, and organizational culture events.
- Handle content operations and management for the KRAFTON AI website.
- Respond flexibly to ad-hoc requests from leadership and manage various operational tasks.
What you need
- Hold at least two years of practical experience in operations or office management.
- Demonstrate experience with management control systems, such as creating operational plans and internal reports.
- Plan tasks autonomously and exhibit strong responsibility and execution skills to see projects through to completion.
- Communicate smoothly with diverse departments and stakeholders while maintaining professional maturity.
- Possess business English proficiency, including writing English emails and communicating with overseas team members.
- Act as an active, cooperative team player with no disqualifications for overseas travel.
Nice to have
- Work experience in technical research or service organizations within industries such as AI, gaming, or tech.
- Experience supporting operations or communication for industry-academia cooperation, recruitment programs, conference presentations, or external collaboration tasks.
