Role Overview

This internship places participants at the center of developing enterprise software products. Interns help drive enhancements to the Agentic AI Platform and domain-specific applications while collaborating with various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Write product specs detailing new capabilities for the agentic AI platform and domain-specific AI applications by translating customer and technical needs
Define success metrics and collaborate with engineering to validate new capabilities against benchmarks for quality, reliability, and scalability
Build high-fidelity prototypes, test features, and provide structured feedback to engineering teams
Define evaluations and metrics regarding agent accuracy, reliability, and task completion while pressure-testing new capabilities
Participate in problem-solving sessions to identify and implement product improvements
Coordinate across product engineering, forward deployed engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to transition capabilities from discovery to launch

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an MBA program
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or another analytical field
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to structure ambiguous and complex challenges
Conceptual knowledge of agentic systems, machine learning, optimization models, LLMs, agents, and tool use
Capability to prototype and construct applications utilizing agentic application building tools
Skill in managing multiple projects concurrently while working independently and collaboratively
