Aspora is hiring an AI Product Lead in London to head the development of Aisha, an artificial intelligence finance agent for non-resident Indians. This position suits an experienced product builder with a background in consumer applications and production artificial intelligence who wants to manage product strategy, roadmaps, and teams directly reporting to the chief executive officer.

Role Overview

The AI Product Lead will take complete ownership of Aisha, guiding the system from early construction into a trustworthy platform for financial transactions. Based in London, the professional will coordinate with legal, compliance, and payments groups across multiple regions while deciding whether to build, buy, or partner for models, orchestration, and data connections.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Aisha end-to-end, taking the service from early development to a product users trust with monetary tasks.
Determine the agent architecture by choosing solutions for models, data connectivity, orchestration, and payment rails.
Establish reliability by implementing evaluations, guardrails, and failure handling as primary features for multi-step workflows.
Drive consumer-level experiences by overseeing user onboarding, activation, and retention through weekly research sessions.
Recruit the founding team, starting with senior engineers before expanding into design and data functions.
Collaborate with legal and compliance experts to ensure the agent operates safely within licensed frameworks.

Requirements

Track record of building consumer products that users relied on daily.
Experience shipping production artificial intelligence, including evaluations, tool usage, orchestration, and failure mode management.
Money-grade judgment gained from working in regulated domains or demonstrating rapid learning in financial sectors.
Hands-on leadership approach staying close to the product and technical details.
Demonstrated history of moving quickly and earning increased responsibility over time.
Experience navigating complex challenges such as difficult launches or regulatory obstacles under pressure.
