Joining the Demo Engineering team at Celonis in Madrid means co-leading the development of the Next-Gen Demo Factory, where AI agents and LLMs automate the creation of data stories, UI screens, and configurations. This group serves as the creative and technical engine for go-to-market strategies, building prompt-to-demo workflows that help sales teams and solution engineers deliver gold-standard pitches.

What you will do
- Lead the shift toward prompt-to-demo workflows by building and improving AI agents that automate data stories, UI screens, and configurations.
- Create self-service agentic tools that enable sales reps and solution engineers to generate custom talk-tracks, executive summaries, and pitch decks.
- Own the end-to-end development, release, and ongoing improvement of strategic AI demo tools and assets.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks in the demo lifecycle and build AI-driven tools or orchestrations to reduce manual effort.
- Translate complex data into visionary C-level narratives using generative tools while maintaining a human-centric quality.
What you need
- Possess 1.5 or more years of professional experience in value engineering, applied AI, solution engineering, demo engineering, technical consulting, or a similar product-adjacent role.
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or a comparable programming language.
- Show comfort working with data, integrating AI models and APIs, and debugging built tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify high-impact use cases and communicate complex technical capabilities as value-driven business stories for executives.
- Maintain high learning velocity and a readiness to experiment with new models, frameworks, and prompting techniques.
Nice to have
- Experience building cloud-based workflows or applications using Microsoft Azure and Azure Blob Storage.
- Experience with GitHub, version control, deployment workflows, and maintaining web applications used by others.
- Experience with frontend development and UI/UX design for turning complex AI capabilities into intuitive web applications.
- Experience with the Celonis platform and in-product applications.
