Role Overview

In this remote position, the AI Powered Product Manager acts as a hybrid strategist and builder to create interactive prototypes that test feature ideas before production. The professional collaborates closely with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and drive agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to determine, document, and validate software feature requirements and usability.
Translate discoveries into actionable artifacts like user stories, wireframes, and working AI prototypes.
Manage customer expectations transparently regarding release timelines, training, and feature development.
Represent the product during customer demos, training sessions, and technical sales support.
Utilize AI coding assistants and no-code platforms to build interactive prototypes for concept validation.
Demonstrate new features using working builds to reduce ambiguity and accelerate stakeholder alignment.
Own and maintain a well-groomed product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and design teams within Scrum ceremonies.
Author and maintain customer-facing content such as release notes, manuals, and internal process guides.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, product development, or a hybrid builder role.
Demonstrable history of utilizing AI tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to build and ship working prototypes.
Strong foundation in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
Experience drafting functional requirements and detailed test cases within an Agile setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership growth-stage company environment.

Nice to Have

Understanding of the clinical research industry, including sponsors, CROs, or regulatory frameworks like GCP and 21 CFR Part 11.
Hands-on experience working with eClinical platforms such as EDC, CTMS, eTMF, or eConsent.
Background in a formal AI builder or developer role shipping production-quality features with AI assistance.

Skills and Tools

AI coding assistants and no-code or low-code builder platforms.
Agile and Scrum practices.
GCP and React knowledge related to clinical research frameworks.
Standard productivity suites including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SaaS collaboration software.
