Role Overview

As an AI Playable Developer, the professional focuses on turning creative briefs into fast, engaging playable ads using rapid prototyping and AI-assisted workflows. The employee experiments with new mechanics, iterates based on performance data, and collaborates with the Creative team to build interactive content.

Key Responsibilities

Rapidly build and iterate playable advertising concepts originating from creative briefs.
Translate creative concepts into functional, engaging playable ads for quick testing.
Utilize AI-assisted and vibe coding workflows to prototype and develop playable experiences swiftly.
Create new gameplay mechanics rather than simply reproducing existing game features.
Iterate on playable ads based on performance and creative feedback to enhance engagement.
Construct reusable systems, components, and tools to increase the speed and efficiency of production.
Partner closely with the Creative Producer and Lead Creative Producer to explore, develop, and refine creative ideas.

Requirements

Experience building playable ads, interactive prototypes, web-based games, or similar interactive experiences.
Practical experience with AI-assisted or vibe coding utilizing tools like Claude or Gemini.
Curiosity and proactivity regarding exploring new AI tools and workflows for building and iterating.
Creative background or strong comprehension of graphic design, visual composition, and creative execution.
Problem-solving abilities to convert creative ideas into functional experiences independently.
Clear communication skills with openness to feedback and collaborative iteration.
Time management and prioritization capabilities to deliver multiple iterations on schedule.
