Role Overview

Neura Robotics GmbH seeks an AI, PLA & NeuraGym Demo Coordinator to oversee visitor events, handle business travel logistics, and maintain smooth operations for the NeuraGym, PLA, and AI units. The professional in this role ensures that enterprise decision-makers, investors, press, and research partners receive an exceptional introduction to humanoid robot technology.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and organize daily visitor demonstrations across Riederich, Munich, and future locations.
Create and update the demo playbook covering visitor flows, robot demonstration sequences, and follow-up materials.
Collaborate internally with teleoperators, gym operators, and AI engineers to verify technical setups.
Handle the complete visitor pipeline from initial intake to post-visit follow-up.
Monitor demo conversion metrics and deliver weekly reports to the Growth and Strategist team.
Organize special events such as investor days, press tours, and academic visits with institutions like TUM and ETH.
Arrange business travel logistics including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and visas for EU, US, and APAC regions.
Support calendar management, meeting coordination, and onboarding logistics for incoming team members.
Oversee facility coordination, vendor relationships, and operational supplies for office and gym locations.
Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.

Requirements

Possess two to four years of experience in operations, executive assistance, event coordination, or customer-facing tech and premium B2B environments.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle concurrent priorities effectively.
Maintain a professional and warm communication approach.
Show familiarity with calendar management platforms and travel management tools.
Act as a proactive problem-solver who anticipates and resolves issues independently.
Exhibit fluency in both German and English.
