Role Overview

Neura Robotics GmbH is looking for an AI, PLA & NeuraGym Demo Coordinator (human) in Aachen. The position centers on running visitor experiences for enterprise leaders, investors, and researchers, alongside travel management and administrative support for the engineering and robotics divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and schedule daily guest and visitor demonstrations across multiple sites including Riederich and Munich
Create and update the demo playbook covering visitor flow, demonstration sequences, and follow-up collateral
Collaborate internally with teleoperators, gym operators, and AI engineers to verify technical setups for each visitor slot
Handle the complete visitor pipeline from initial request intake to post-visit follow-up and metric tracking
Coordinate special showcases, press tours, academic visits, and investor days
Administer business travel arrangements such as flights, lodging, transport, and visas for international locations
Support calendar management, onboarding logistics, office supply maintenance, and presentation preparation

Requirements

Possess two to four years of background in event management, executive support, operations, or customer-facing technology environments
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the capacity to balance multiple concurrent priorities
Communicate with a warm and professional manner
Utilize travel management tools and calendar platforms efficiently
Show fluency in both German and English
