The individual ships production software directly on the platform alongside peer engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct an initial assessment of current marketing workflows, data sources, and system owners before proposing technical builds.
Establish upfront project parameters with marketing leaders, covering objectives, metrics, ownership, and completion criteria.
Integrate context sources such as project tickets, internal documentation, communication threads, and usage data into unified workflows.
Develop automated agents and workflows for performance marketing and social channels, incorporating brand guidance and human review checkpoints.
Encode strategic product marketing positioning and messaging into operational systems for consistent application.
Connect marketing software to the corporate data layer while adhering to strict access control and data handling standards.
Launch solutions complete with documentation, security rules, and handover plans so marketing personnel can manage them independently.

Requirements

Six or more years of experience building and deploying production software or data systems, featuring hands-on work in TypeScript, Python, or SQL.
Direct professional background in marketing organizations, MarTech companies, or data roles supporting marketing functions.
Practical familiarity with marketing tech integrations, including advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRMs, and CDPs.
Demonstrated experience developing with large language models, evaluation frameworks, and autonomous agents.
Strong product sense and senior communication skills to collaborate directly with chief marketing officers and marketing leads.
