Key Responsibilities

Support comprehensive research and analysis regarding real estate data, investment opportunities, and emerging technology applications.
Assist in constructing small tools and quick prototypes using Python, no-code solutions, or AI platforms to streamline workflows.
Collect, clean, and organize local and online information to facilitate informed decision-making.
Coordinate with local stakeholders and drive operational execution on the ground.
Test novel ideas and help transition projects from initial concept to final execution.
Collaborate across diverse project areas and assist with external partner coordination as required.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a student or holding recent graduation status in Computer Science, Systems, Economics, Business, or related academic fields.
Proactive and resourceful mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous environments with limited structure.
Basic coding capabilities, specifically involving Python, data handling, or rapid prototyping.
Physical residency in Florianópolis.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in the Spanish language.
Prior experience managing social media or handling content distribution.
