Role Overview

The AI-Native Founder's Associate works in San Francisco alongside the chief executive officer to tackle core operational challenges. This on-site position requires a five-day weekly office presence and involves transitioning projects from initial problem definition to complete execution.

Key Responsibilities

Transform unclear business challenges into organized analyses, strategic choices, and active execution alongside the chief executive officer.
Handle daily operational tasks covering customer experience, supply chain coordination, internal workflows, and fulfillment.
Find operational constraints and construct artificial intelligence solutions to cut down manual tasks and boost productivity.
Apply artificial intelligence for product and ingredient research, build supplier discovery and qualification pipelines, and aid in outreach and negotiation.
Participate in growth tasks such as marketing tests and performance monitoring.
Construct artificial intelligence-supported reporting, financial models, analysis, and dashboards for data-driven economic decisions.
Take charge of urgent cross-functional assignments while shifting fluidly between high-level strategy and direct execution.

Requirements

Possess zero to three years of professional background, featuring experience as a startup operator or within autonomous and rapidly changing settings.
Hold an engineering degree alongside robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Bring practical experience in creating artificial intelligence systems or automation workflows using coding, automation platforms, low-code tools, or artificial intelligence utilities.
Demonstrate versatility across strategy, operations, finance, and growth instead of focusing on a single specialized area.
Show interest or transferable background in sourcing, physical operations, supply chains, supplier assessment, or negotiation.
Display high personal ownership, sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and adaptability in demanding cross-team settings.
