Role Overview

Labhouse seeks an AI Engineer, Marketing, to design and construct LLM-based solutions, agents, and automated workflows specifically for the internal Marketing and Growth department. Operating from Spain or remotely, the person in this role bridges artificial intelligence engineering and digital marketing by transforming manual tasks into scalable operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Identify repetitive or slow manual processes in marketing and convert them into automated AI tools.
Design and build autonomous LLM agents capable of reasoning, utilizing tools, and executing multi-step marketing tasks such as reporting and campaign analysis.
Own projects through the complete lifecycle from initial problem scoping to design, building, and deployment.
Connect large language models and agents with external marketing platforms, data sources, analytics dashboards, and advertising systems.
Collaborate directly with growth, performance, ASO, and SEO leads to discover high-impact areas for artificial intelligence integration.
Track productivity metrics and performance gains resulting from deployed tools and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of working with large language models in production environments, including prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent systems.
Deep understanding of agent frameworks and multi-step, tool-using workflow design.
Prior practical experience developing AI tools or automations specifically tailored for marketing departments.
Solid comprehension of digital marketing operations, user acquisition, growth channels, and attribution models.
Strong proficiency in Python alongside experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize by impact, and operate in fast-moving, data-heavy settings.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
Experience utilizing workflow and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
Background in developing tools connected to data pipelines, reporting systems, or dashboards.
Previous tenure within a startup or resource-constrained environment.
