Role Overview

The AI Developer position focuses on building, testing, and shipping functional AI products instead of conducting theoretical research. Team members operate in a remote-first environment across India, collaborating directly with clients to deliver measurable business value through automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows using Python.
Integrate foundation models such as Gemini, GPT, and Claude into production systems.
Connect autonomous agents to external software through APIs, webhooks, SaaS platforms, queues, and events.
Establish robust agent behavior by implementing memory, planning, retrieval mechanisms, and data foundations like RAG.
Transition prototypes into production using containers, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Develop internal software development kits and reusable templates to accelerate delivery times.
Monitor system performance by instrumenting logging, tracing, safety guardrails, and evaluations.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, conduct experiments, and iterate rapidly.
Uphold security, privacy, and safety standards across all deployments.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of practical experience building and deploying AI agents or complex automations.
Proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming, packaging, and testing.
Practical background using orchestration tools and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, AWS Bedrock, Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal.
Familiarity with major model ecosystems including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
Solid understanding of data concepts like embeddings, chunking, indexing, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Foundation in software engineering practices encompassing Git, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS.

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js, or Supabase.
Familiarity with observability platforms such as Langfuse, Weights & Biases, or OpenTelemetry.
