Quantify and communicate value by defining business KPIs before deployment, tracking impact, and translating model performance for CFOs.
Orchestrate delivery by setting priorities for Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers, removing organizational blockers, and aligning workstreams with the strategic roadmap.
Structure the account as a portfolio by running discovery workshops across production operations, drilling, supply chain, finance, and trading to map decisions to prediction problems.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally by sharing field patterns and unmet needs with Product and Research teams.
Codify the expansion playbook into repeatable frameworks and business case templates for the wider Applied AI team.
Travel as needed between customer sites, Houston, and San Francisco.

Requirements

Proven track record of expanding an engagement or account by finding new problems, building business cases, and securing executive sponsorship and budget.
Executive presence and structured communication skills for leading senior rooms and defending value models.
