Role Overview

As the first AI Deployment Strategist in the US at Lio, the employee will join the organization during its early expansion phase. The position involves driving measurable impact and managing critical customer deployments from the beginning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end enterprise implementations starting from kick-off through successful go-live.
Convert customer needs into structured implementation plans and solution designs.
Serve as the main project owner and trusted advisor for DAX and Fortune 500 clients.
Bridge communication between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success departments for smooth execution.
Handle timelines, project risks, stakeholder communication, and escalations.
Transform customer feedback into functional product enhancements.
Create scalable implementation playbooks for future business expansion.
Form Lio's implementation department within the US market.

Requirements

Background in software implementations, technical project management, implementation consulting, or customer success.
Demonstrated ownership in driving projects from conception to completion.
Strong communication skills to build trust with enterprise clients and coordinate teams.
Ability to manage complex situations involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Solution-oriented mindset focused on translating challenges into scalable approaches.
