Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Create, develop, and manage ETL and ELT pipelines integrating APIs, CRMs, SaaS tools, and transactional databases into Snowflake.
Structure information within Snowflake to ensure cleanliness, reliability, and usability for analytical and product purposes.
Establish and oversee system integrations, selecting between standard connectors and custom code solutions.
Collaborate alongside product and business stakeholders to transform abstract inquiries into concrete data architectures.
Employ artificial intelligence solutions and agents to accelerate personal productivity and automate internal processes.
Manage projects from inception to completion by identifying issues, developing proposals, deploying solutions, and maintaining enhancements.

Requirements

Practical background in data engineering, constructing production pipelines using Python and SQL.
Proficiency in Snowflake covering data modeling, performance optimization, and cost management.
Background in consolidating multiple information streams and orchestrating workflows through tools like Airflow, dbt, or Airbyte.
Practical exposure to constructing AI agents or language model workflows utilizing enterprise data.
Communication abilities in English to interact daily with United States teams.
Adaptability within early-stage, unstructured settings focused on independent creation.

Nice to Have

Previous startup background or founder history.
Knowledge of continuous integration, version control via Git, testing, and data quality validations.
