Role Overview

Platform Engineering seeks an AI Content Systems Engineer to take charge of the technical infrastructure supporting the content and design factory. The professional in this position will oversee everything from planning and research to AI-assisted production, quality control, publishing, and distribution. Working closely with leadership, the individual will shape architectural decisions and infrastructure direction.

Key Responsibilities

Own the technical infrastructure of the content and design factory, covering tool selection, automation pipelines, quality management, and agent orchestration.

Build and design complex multi-step content and design workflows, structuring prompts, managing quality assurance, and using tools like AirOps and n8n.

Create UI integrations into existing solutions such as Supabase databases, and maintain interfaces for workflows and data management.

Evaluate tools continuously to keep the technology stack modular and replaceable.

Eliminate repetitive manual processes by building systematic automations and agent workflows.

Collaborate with leadership on architectural direction and high-level infrastructure decisions.

Requirements

Bring a strong technical background encompassing database schemas, REST and GraphQL API integrations, RAG and vector database design, and automation pipelines.

Demonstrate fluency using AI development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to replace manual work.

Understand professional content creation, including structure, tonality, narrative, and quality differentiation.

Apply a commercial mindset to prioritize systems that drive significant impact.

Possess solid software engineering fundamentals with the ability to write, review, and maintain production code independently.
