Key Responsibilities

Use AI agents and LLM-based workflows to scrape customer websites, import playbooks, and generate topic structures and libraries.
Utilize Spekit's AI Content Assistant to convert customer documents into structured, platform-native content at scale.
Run AI-assisted audits of existing content libraries to determine what to keep, transform, or retire.
Handle manual imports from platforms like Google Drive and SharePoint when automation is not available.
Review, refine, and edit AI-generated content to ensure it reads naturally and meets high editorial standards.
Apply design sensibilities to ensure thoughtful hierarchy, clean formatting, and logical flow across all builds.
Partner with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to scope and build tailored customer experiences.
Contribute to internal content standards, out-of-the-box templates, and shared asset libraries.

Requirements

Strong written English capability to distill dense documents and fix AI-generated text.
Strong verbal English for communicating with customers via video calls to gather feedback.
A natural design eye capable of identifying and correcting formatting and layout issues independently.
Hands-on comfort with AI tools and daily use of large language models.
Strong organizational skills and self-direction to manage multiple concurrent customer projects.
Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows quickly.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with sales enablement, customer success, or SaaS software environments.
Practical experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based workflows.
Professional background in content design, instructional design, UX writing, or editorial work.
Previous exposure to content ecosystems such as Notion, Google Drive, or SharePoint.
Basic comfort with automation concepts and agentic workflows.
