Role Overview

The contractor will operate at the intersection of growth marketing, prompt engineering, and creative production to ship daily social content. Sleeper operates asynchronously with weekly creative syncs and provides generation tool budgets along with platform access. Top performers have opportunities for expanded scope, higher rates, and extended engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Generate a high volume of short-form audio, video, and image assets for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Maintain consistent aesthetics, characters, and settings across hundreds of generations to preserve a unified visual identity.
Handle end-to-end production including ideation, prompt engineering, generation, captioning, basic editing, and publishing.
Manage social channels by maintaining posting cadences, engaging with comments and direct messages, and handling community management.
Analyze performance metrics to iterate rapidly, eliminating ineffective content and scaling high-performing formats.
Monitor broader trends in generative media and pitch new formats to the team.
Partner with the internal growth group on narrative angles, distribution strategy, and briefs.

Requirements

Provide a portfolio demonstrating personally created work using AI tools.
Hands-on practical experience utilizing at least two to three tools like Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Proven capability to keep character and visual consistency across multi-shot generative content.
Exceptional intuition for internet culture, storytelling hooks, and pacing.
Expertise in iterative prompt engineering.
Background in operating brand or personal social media accounts with a firm grasp of reach, follower growth, and engagement drivers.
Autonomous work style capable of delivering daily output with minimal oversight.

Nice to Have

Experience in growth, performance marketing, or paid social channels.
Familiarity turning long-form media into short-form assets like reaction edits, podcast clips, or splitscreen formats.
Knowledge of algorithm dynamics and trend detection on social platforms.
Ability to utilize AI agent tools such as Claude, ChatGPT projects, or automated workflows for scaled throughput.
Video editing abilities in tools like Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

Salary and Benefits
