About this role

Designing and building robust automated testing strategies for web and mobile applications occupies the daily routine in this role, using agentic AI for rapid prompt-driven test generation and self-healing test infrastructure. The engineering group at Twin Health focuses on AI Digital Twin technology designed to reverse chronic metabolic conditions like type 2 diabetes through dynamic personal modeling. Quality assurance engineers here collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to deliver reliable end-to-end regression coverage across complex digital touchpoints.

Candidates joining the organization will tackle diverse challenges involving back-end testing, REST API validation, and performance benchmarking using tools like JMeter or Locust. The ideal person brings deep technical fluency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript alongside direct experience building AI-driven regression workflows with modern models like Claude. This hybrid position operates out of the Menlo Park office, offering a collaborative environment for practitioners dedicated to advancing digital health innovation.
