Track performance metrics and remove agents that fail to produce results.
Experiment with newly released tools and models, adopting the most effective options.
Guide colleagues on AI capabilities to boost overall team performance.

Requirements

Proven background in creating autonomous agents that perform impactful work independently.
Deep familiarity with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open-source models.
Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and GCP.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
