Role Overview

Neurons-lab.com delivers artificial intelligence education and adoption programs primarily for banking, insurance, and capital markets clients. The AI Adoption Manager serves as the primary face of the program within customer business teams, handling the complete education and adoption lifecycle. This involves assessing current workflows, running workshops, maintaining compliance with data-governance policies, and reporting measured business impact to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Map team workflows and current usage to build prioritized enablement plans while ruling out low-value use cases.

Design and execute workshops that provide participants with practical skills, prompts, and tools for immediate application.

Maintain a shared repository of approved templates, skills, and prompts for independent use.

Develop internal champions, eliminate adoption barriers, and maintain a consistent communication cadence.

Coordinate with IT, security, and legal departments to ensure compliance with responsible artificial intelligence and data-governance policies.

Track adoption metrics against established baselines and report progress, risks, and return on investment to client sponsors.

Transition teams toward self-sufficiency and identify expansion opportunities for the account.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of professional experience in digital-transformation consulting, enablement, change management, or enterprise software rollout, including at least one complete deployment cycle.

Practical, daily fluency in modern technology tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.

Proven ability to design and deliver live training sessions and workshops personally.

Experience conducting assessments, feedback sessions, and executive updates.

Fluent English language proficiency.

Nice to Have

Background in top-tier management consulting firms such as Bain, BCG, or McKinsey.

Prior customer success experience managing client relationships, value realization, and adoption health.

Enablement or training business and consulting background.
