Wheely

Wheely provides premium chauffeured transportation services available in advance and on demand, serving over 100,000 active riders and 1,200 corporate accounts across major cities in Europe, the US, and the Middle East. The company operates in locations including London, New York, Paris, Dubai, and Nicosia.

In terms of its technical operations, Wheely applies machine learning and optimization models to address complex challenges within its platform. These technical efforts support core areas such as dynamic pricing, bipartite matching, ETA prediction, routing, map matching, driving style prediction, and large language model integration. Teams build algorithms from research and prototyping through to production deployment.

The open roles indicate that Wheely is actively building data science and machine learning teams across multiple functional areas, including Pricing, Matching, Mapping, and Supply. The company is hiring for Associate Data Scientist, mid-level Data Scientist, and senior Data Scientist or machine learning engineering roles. These positions are primarily office-based requiring presence in West London or Nicosia four days a week with one remote day, and the company offers relocation support and visa sponsorship for qualifying roles.
