SirenOpt develops a manufacturing intelligence platform designed to help producers of micro- and nano-materials used in batteries, computer chips, aircraft components, and power systems. The platform non-destructively probes materials during production to reveal internal information without causing damage. By utilizing cold atmospheric plasma, physics-informed machine learning, and predictive analytics, the system generates real-time material fingerprints and captures signals that standard measurement techniques cannot access. This technology aims to provide visibility into material behavior during the manufacturing process, allowing operators to reduce variability and increase yield and performance.

The platform can be operated as a standalone tool or integrated directly into existing factory production lines.
