Within its technology operations, the firm engages in technical projects involving internal tooling, such as building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems over permissioned internal data sources like runbooks and documentation. It also prototypes generative agents designed to utilize observability stacks to propose structured mitigation suggestions for alerts and explore natural language processing applications for internal engineering teams, maintaining permissioning, auditing, and human-in-the-loop guardrails for internal systems.
