Code Metal builds verifiable, AI-enabled code translation and modernization software for mission-critical industries including automotive, defense, semiconductors, aerospace, and robotics. The company serves engineering teams needing to break chip vendor lock-in, meet safety and compliance standards, and accelerate edge development by translating code across languages and architectures without changing core behavior. Its platform combines generative AI with program analysis and formal verification to produce tested, optimized, and compliant code with auditable proof.

Open roles at Code Metal reflect the expansion of its core engineering and AI platform teams. The company is currently hiring for senior and staff levels, including Senior AI Platform Engineers, Staff AI Platform Engineers, and Senior Software Engineers specializing in code transpilation. These positions are associated with the Boston Hub and offer remote work flexibility, focusing on infrastructure such as GPU inference serving, model gateways, agent harnesses, and advanced code translation pipelines.
